How to Register for Medi·Assist

Easy Registration Online

1. Select this link and register for Medi·Assist Online.

2. You will be provided with a Username and Password after registration that allows the creation of your record. You can register more than one person in your User Area at any time (eg. multiple family members - children) but a consent from must be completed for each registrant.

Using the online entry method you enter health / medical information directly into the confidential and secure system.

3. To enable access to the full Medi·Assist system (online editing & entry, printing, emailing), a Medi·Assist Consent Form and Payment Form must be completed and faxed or mailed to:

4. After processing (less than 10 days) you will be given full access to set-up your health and medical information in detail.

Security Information

Password Facility
Security to the system is controlled by a secure password system whereby users have a login and password assigned to them. The login and passwords are unique for each person and they are instructed to keep them confidential
Site Encryption
To protect the username and passwords, 128-bit SSL Verisign encryption technology is used to encrypt access to personal, sensitive and health information on the website. 128-bit SSL is the same encryption used by commercial banks and is sometimes referred to as "military strength".
